I was born in Guangzhou, China. I moved to the US in 2014 to attend the University of Maryland (College Park), where I received my bachelor's degree in Physics & Astronomy in 2018. I am one of the committee members for the AAS Sexual-Orientation & Gender Minorities in Astronomy committee (SGMA) to advocate for LGBTQ+ rights in astronomy. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities. I'm currently trying to obtain my scuba diving instructor certification. I also enjoy visiting art museums and watching movies.
